Cardiff new manager gets assurance from Vincent Tan
Cardiff new manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer insisted he is the one who calls the shots on all footballing matters in the team.
That was the understanding Solksjaer had with Cardiff owner Tan Sri Vincent Tan when the former Mnachester United striker agreed to relplace the sacked Malky Mackay.
Solksjaer has been told he can operate without interference and echoed Alex Ferguson when asked if he shared the Scot's view that a manager should be the most important man at a club.
